Families may come to Worth Township and fill out a application form for toys for their children beginning November 19, 2007. Applications will not be processed after December 12th. This program is for infants through age 12. You must bring in a photo copy of your driver's license/State I.D; a photo copy of each child's Birth Certificate, and a photo copy of your current utility bill. Copies will not be returned and staff members are not allowed to make copies. No exceptions.

The Youth Commission Office will accept new and gently used coats and outerwear for families who are having financial difficulty beginning November 1st through December 14th. This program is an opportunity for churches, schools, businesses, civic groups and private families to work together to help those in need in their own community. Please bring clean outwear articles to the Youth Commission Office located in the Worth Township Town Hall, 11601 S. Pulaski, Alsip, Illinois 60803. Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The Youth Commission Office will accept new toys for families with young children who are experiencing financial difficulties. Toys are given to the families in your community by the generous donations fron local businesses, churches, schools, civic groups, and private families. Donations can be brought to the Youth Commission Office beginning November 1st through December 21th - Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Please bring unwrapped articles to the Youth Commission Office located in the Worth Township Town Hall.
