Branch Pick-up Program 2011

Branches are to be placed in the parkway and not on streets or in ditches with cut ends facing the street

We will not pick up branches more than 6 inches in diameter and no longer than 8 feet in length. Your regular refuse company should pick up all other yard waste such as weeds, flowers, grass, etc.. Do not mix these with branches

We cannot pick up logs or stumps.

Please remember it is against the state and county laws to rake your leaves and other yard waste into the ditches or streets.

Because of the tightness of the schedule and the amounts of branches being picked up, the highway district cannot deviate from this schedule and make individual pick-ups. There can be no exceptions.

Branch pick-up is for branches trimmed by residents only (not whole trees) when having a tree cut down and removed the tree service must remove branches.

Branches must be out by 7:30 AM on your scheduled pick-up day. This will allow for more efficiency in these pick-ups.
